Warranty Coverage:
To maintain your warranty, bring your vehicle in for an inspection at least once every 12 months. During this appointment we check the coating’s performance, if any areas show signs of failure from normal use, we will polish and re-apply coating free of charge.
Every 12 months, bring your vehicle in free of charge for a ceramic coating warranty inspection and touch-up.
Performance Check & Maintenance
The inspection ensures you're following proper aftercare methods. We offer advice and reminders to keep your coating looking and performing at its best.
Damage Not Covered
Warranty does not cover neglect, improper maintenance (such as automatic brush washes, use of waxes, harsh chemicals), accidents, or environmental fallout damage (e.g., tree sap, bird droppings not removed promptly).

Where do you service?
We work within Wainui, Millwater, Milldale, Whangaparaoa, Gulf Harbour, Red Beach, Orewa, Dairy Flat, Silverdale, Stillwater, Coatesville, Riverhead, Hatfields Beach & East Coast Bays.
We will gladly travel outside of our normal catchment area for an additional travel fee
How often should I get my car detailed?
Generally every 4 to 6 months, but it depends on your usage, environment, and personal standards.
How long does detailing take?
Anywhere from 1–8 hours, depending on the level of service — basic, full, or paint correction packages.
Will detailing remove scratches?
Minor scratches and swirl marks can be reduced or removed with paint correction, but deep scratches may require more intensive work.
What’s a clay bar treatment?
A clay bar removes embedded contaminants from your paint surface, making it smoother and ready for waxing or polishing.
